Trail E2 is circular, the perfect choice to explore the area. It starts from Pyrgos, passes through the Museum of Marble Art and it heads to the Mills of Pyrgos which are still kept in good condition. A trail of incredible view leads to the haven of Pyrgos, Panormos. From Panormos, the trail moves along the coastal motorway up until the beach of Rochari. From Rochari a stone trail takes you to Platia passing through a long-forgotten ravine of rough beauty. The trail from Platia downslopes back to Pyrgos offering a great view of the settlement from high above.

An alternate route of trail E2 is first the coastal road and then the trail that takes you to the beaches of Volia, Agia Thalassa and Kavalorko, at a really small distance from the isle of Planitis which shelters the Bay of Panormos.
